  • Rush fees may apply to orders placed inside our standard turnaround time. Rush orders are accepted based on availability.

  • Each piece is handmade and unique. Exact replicas are not guaranteed, and materials may be substituted based on availability while maintaining the overall design and quality.

  • Once your order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by wear, improper handling, storage, or weather.

  • Shipping and delivery delays outside of our control are not our responsibility.

  • Completed designs may be photographed and shared on our website or social media. Please let us know when ordering if your mum is a surprise.
